Management Team
 Kamal Osman Jamjoom Group LLC is structured to focus on delivering our main value statement “profitability for all stakeholders”which includes staff, shareholders, suppliers and brand partners. Our management structure is based on normal international principles as befits an organisation with operations across 8 countries and taking into account our extensive local knowledge and employees working alongside the diverse cultural mix of over 50 different nationalities. The business is led by the Executive Chairman supported on a day to day basis by our Executive Board of four additional members led by the CEO. In addition each brand has a Brand Director/Brand Owner who reports to the members of the Executive Board. Each Brand Owner has direct responsibility and accountability for all the exclusive brand elements of marketing, visual merchandising, product selection and development of their particular brand. The Brand Owner also has their own independent team responsible for achieving and delivering our retail strategy in liaison with our brand partners.
To ensure and maximize efficiencies all those processes and procedures which span all the brands are included collectively under the title “Retail Support Services” headed by a line Director. These functions include Supply Chain, Property Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Internal Audit and Legal. Each of these Department Directors has accountability to support the business growth strategy against international efficiency benchmarks. These services are mainly supplied from two regional offices based in Dubai, UAE and Jeddah, KSA.  to top
